My Kinesiology Journey
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue in 2011; a very difficult and challenging period in my life.
At the time, I was a busy mum of 4 children whilst also studying a Psychology degree. After many months of not recovering from the flu, I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue. By this point I had been virtually bedridden for nearly 6 months.
During this period, I spent many months seeking support from various traditional medical specialists but nothing seemed to help. I was desperately in need of a new approach when a friend recommended kinesiology. I had no idea what kinesiology was, but I had nothing to lose. To be honest, by this point I was so desperate for help - for some relief.
From the very first session of kinesiology, I was blown away! I know that sounds dramatic, but after what felt like such a hopeless situation with no way forward, for the first time in a very long time, I felt hope.
Hope that there was a different way of living.
Hope that I could actually regain some control of my health.
Hope for the future.
After a few sessions I was headache free and able to sleep without relying on medication, which was an absolute miracle (chronic fatigue = insomnia).
I felt calmer and more energised than I had in a very long time.
But most importantly I felt HOPE.
Within a year of starting my kinesiology sessions, I commenced my own study of Kinesiology, and have since gone on to establish my own Kinesiology business, and then further study to become a Kinesiology teacher - that’s how much I love the world of KINESIOLOGY!
I discovered Kinesiology through my own desperation and now love bringing hope and healing to others - in their own pursuit for optimal health and wellness.

Why I choose the oak tree to represent my Kinesiology business?
I feel the oak tree represents the heart of our continuous journey of self-discovery.
The oak symbolises our ultimate goal of wellness in life – a solid balance of the roots representing the past, the trunk - the present, and the branches - the future.
The roots of the tree grow as deep as the tree grows high, which makes them above all, a symbol of balance; perhaps the ultimate goal we strive for in life.
The energy of the oak tree restores will and self-determination and gives us courage and endurance to do the necessary work to achieve truth and ultimate freedom.
